The new writing experience in Contents introduces changes to the structure of platform elements. With this release, documents and images are no longer present on the platform. Instead, the concepts of <\/span>Projects <\/b>and<\/span> Media<\/b> are introduced. These elements allow content to become modular and be reused across multiple assets within the same workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n

This guide will explain what projects and media are, and how they differ.<\/span><\/p>\n

Definition of Project<\/span><\/h2>\n

A Project<\/b> is an element created using a text generation tool (AI Writer tool). It is primarily used to develop text and can contain media inside. Projects cannot contain other projects but can be grouped into folders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projects support content iteration over time, through manual user actions or via additional AI tools available in the Contents editor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Definition of Media<\/span><\/h2>\n

Media<\/b> is a standalone multimedia element that can be reused within projects. As of now, media refers to items generated with image creation tools (AI Art), but its nature will be expanded over time to include other types of multimedia content.<\/span><\/p>\n

Media cannot be iterated. Once created, it remains unchanged\u2014any modification requires the creation of a new media asset.<\/span><\/p>\n
