The button opens a menu to create a new block.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Block Types<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When adding a new block, the menu lets you choose from the following types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Heading H1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a largest-size heading block;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Heading H2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a medium-size heading block;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Heading H3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a smallest-size heading block;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Body text<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a paragraph text block;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Bullet point<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a formatted block for bullet points;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Numbered list<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a formatted block for numbered lists;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Quote<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: inserts a quote block;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Upload image<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: allows you to upload an image from your device.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the blocks mentioned allow users to freely write any desired content with their preferred formatting. The menu also includes two functions that add new AI-generated blocks. Unlike the floating toolbar, which appears when selecting text directly in the workspace, the action menu targets and affects the entire block.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This menu mainly allows AI-based processing, which is explained in detail in the guide <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.contents.com\/magazine\/platform-tutorial\/ai-features-of-the-contents-editor\/\"><b>AI Editor Features<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For example, if the selected block is an H3 heading, you can transform it into an H1 heading.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 800;\">How to Reorganize Blocks<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inserted blocks can be freely rearranged by changing their order with ease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To reorder blocks, click the button <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that appears on the left margin when hovering over the sheet. Next to the paragraph you want to move, click and drag while holding the cursor.
